10年来,县及县以上中医院增加了3.03倍,这与1982年衡阳会议精神和1983年卫生部强调的“集中人力,物力、财力和领导精力,加强和发展中医”的精神相吻合。对迅猛增设的县中医院发展状况,国内研究很少。本文从分析县级人民医院和中医院的医疗仪器配备入手,比较研究了县中医院仪器购置的数量、类型和利用状况,以讨论县中医院的发展能力和办院方向。
In the past 10 years, Chinese hospitals at and above the county level have increased by 3.03 times, which is consistent with the spirit of the Hengyang Conference in 1982 and the spirit of “focusing on manpower, material resources, financial resources, and leadership, and strengthening and developing Chinese medicine” emphasized by the Ministry of Health in 1983. There are few domestic studies on the rapid development of county hospitals. This article starts with analysing the medical equipment of the county-level People’s Hospital and the Chinese Hospital, and compares the quantity, types, and utilization of instrument purchases at the county hospital to discuss the development capabilities and direction of the county hospital.
