亮菌甲素(假蜜环菌甲素)是在亮菌固体培养物中分离到的一种国内外尚未发现的新的香豆素类化合物,经测定结构为:八/、/C一CH3化学 OH认少、人决// OO名为.3一乙酞基一5一经甲基一5一轻基香豆素。亮菌甲素在固体培养物中的得量甚微,仅百万分之3一了。它是亮菌治疗急性胆道感染的活性成分之一。临床使用亮菌甲素注射剂每毫升含100一200微克即可显疗效。由于固体培养法生产亮菌甲素得量低,且需耗用大量粮食及溶剂,成本高昂,不宜大量推广,故采用化学合成的方法,以扩大药物来源,解决临床用药的需要。于1975年亮菌鉴定会议以后,江苏省亮菌科研协作组即组织了“三结合,攻关组,对
