肥胖性生殖无能综合征,又名 Fr(?)hlich 氏综合征。本综合征较少见,国内自1952年以来有少数病例报告。我院自1962年以来共收治9例,特报告如下:临床资料分析一般资料:本组男5例,女4例。年龄为8—42岁,20岁以下者为8例。自觉症状和体征出现到来院就诊时间最短者半个月,最长者4年。病因:本组9例均经手术和病理检查证实为肿瘤所致,其中除1例为鞍上胆脂瘤和1例为鞍上囊性畸胎瘤外,其余7例为鞍内、鞍上颅咽管瘤囊性变向第三脑室内突入,其中1例经第三脑室又突入右侧侧脑室前角。临床表现:本组9例临床表现共同的特点是:①均因轻、重不同程度的头痛、头 Obesity reproductive incompetence syndrome, also known as Fr (?)
