用电阻法及X射线衍射分析法研究了Au-3.1wt%si合金液态急冷箔带在连续加热和等温时效过程中的相转变。结果表明,用单辊法熔体喷铸的Au-3.1wt%si合金箔带不论在连续加热还是在等温时效过程中的相变过程大致为:非晶相+亚稳结晶相→亚稳结晶相→平衡相,完全符合固态相变的阶次规则。
The phase transformation of the liquid quenched ribbon of Au-3.1wt% Si alloy during continuous heating and isothermal aging was studied by resistance method and X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that the phase transition of Au-3.1wt% Si alloy foil melted by single roll method during continuous heating or isothermal aging is roughly: amorphous phase + metastable crystalline phase → metastable crystallization Phase → balanced phase, in full compliance with the order of solid phase transition rules.
