我国政府对癌症止痛使用麻醉品有以下几个规定:①对癌症疼痛患者使用麻醉品实行“备案制”,医院可按需要申请,不受限制。②对癌症疼痛患者使用吗啡无极量限制,我国药典对此已做了相应修改。③癌症患者使用控缓释类止痛剂,一次可开两周用量的处方。 这些规定充分体现了我国政府对癌症疼痛患者无微不至的关怀。但在临床治疗中,对癌症重度疼痛患者,使用强阿片类
