日前从郑州市住房保障和房地产管理局了解到,今年河南省政府下达给该市的保障性住房基本建成目标任务为45672套,目前已开工建设45885套,完成省定任务的100.08%。其中,45672套保障房全部主体封顶,正在进行配套工程施工,预计年底达到交付使用条件。今年,郑州市通过加大政府投入、增加土地供应、实施产权划转等措施,切实增强国有开发企业的投融资能力等方式,不断丰富保障性住房投融资渠
