The company is close to the international advanced level in technology level and production scale with 60 years of diligent efforts， and the key technology of the product has reached the world leading level， which becomes the first draft of false twisting machine standard in China’s textile industry， as well as the only R&D center of false twisting machine evaluated by China Textile Machinery Industry. China Textile： How are the production and orders recently？ What’s the main reason for this situation？
Chen Zhihong： The production and orders are relatively stable， but the information of latter new projects is not a lot. With nearly 60 years of service in the textile industry， Hongyuan company has built good foundation both on product quality and market distribution. With the concept of “Customers’ satisfaction is our constant pursuit”， we constantly adjust the development direction of products and make good after-sales service and production management in accordance with customers’ demands， support and recognition of customers at home and abroad， so we can maintain the normal operation in the market downturn.
China Textile： At present， various industries are conducting supply front structural reform， and emphasizing the artisan spirit， but for consumers， high quality and inexpensive is always the target of customers. Is there any contradiction between reasonable price and artisan spirit？
Chen Zhihong： Artisan spirit represents not only a new production concept， but also transformation direction of the entire enterprise and the entire industry， even an embodiment of personal accomplishment and life attitude of each enterprise manager. Under the condition of the common market competition， the price is the most primary and sensitive competitive factors， and also is the most direct means of competition. The development of textile machinery products requires a lot of money， manpower and time， and can not be done overnight. The pursuit of low prices is bound to affect the long-term investment in R&D and the potential for sustainable development of enterprises. Reasonable market price is an important factor to ensure the healthy development of the whole industry.
China Textile： How do you see the intelligent development trend of textile machinery？ How will the company integrate this trend in product positioning and development？
Chen Zhihong： Intelligent development is the keyword with highest hit rate in all areas in recent years. On the basis of original electromechanical integration equipment， our textile machinery applies new ideas and new methods of information science and artificial intelligence to further improve automation， by integrating upgraded digitization， computer technology， and sensor technology. With the disappearance of demographic dividend， it is overwhelming to enhance the development， due to the factors of reducing staff to improve efficiency， easing labor shortage， and reducing labor intensity.
