近年来,使用去血浆法治疗各种自身免疫性疾病发展迅速,但因在技术和实际使用上还存在一些问题,使其应用受限。如去血浆法除去血浆成份是非选择性的,且需要补充血浆蛋白,代价极高。冷过滤法是使血浆分离后,经冷却过滤而发挥治疗作用的新技术,能够选择性地除去血浆中的免疫复合物而不需补充血浆蛋白。 15例患者,女性14例,平均年龄52.9±12.3岁。全部确诊为典型类风湿性关节炎,药物治疗均无效。接受冷过滤法治疗每周2次,共5周。
