目前,法律援助案件自身的复杂性和律师办理案件过程中的实际困难,成为阻碍法律援助案件质量进一步提高的瓶颈。因此,有必要总结法律援助案件自身的规律、特点,探索法律援助案件办案支持系统,指导、鼓励律师积极办理援助案件。本文通过分析杭州市法律援助案件质量问题成因、概括实践经验,提出法律援助办案支持系统的概念,并从行政支持、业务支持、技术支持和经费支持四个方面对如何完善支持系统加以探讨。一、法律援助案件存在的质量问题与成因
