我国顺应经济全球化发展趋势加入WTO,使对外开放和对内改革的“拉动效应”更为明显。同时,不可避免地给我国的政治、经济、文化等各个领域带来新的挑战,它不仅对我国的经济发展具有深远的影响,而且对人们的思想观念产生巨大的冲击,同时对党的思想政治工作也提出了新的更高的要求。为了更好地应对各种挑战,本文在分析了当前科研院所思想政治工作存在的问题及原因后,指出了我们的思想政治工作必须与时俱进,不断创新,才能更好地为科研工作提供保障。
In conformity with the development trend of economic globalization, China has acceded to the WTO and made the opening-up and “pulling effect” of domestic reform more obvious. At the same time, it will inevitably bring new challenges to various fields such as politics, economy and culture in our country. It will not only have a profound impact on the economic development of our country, but also have a huge impact on people’s ideas and concepts. In order to better meet various challenges, this paper analyzes the existing problems and reasons of current ideological and political work in research institutes and points out that our ideological and political work must advance with the times and innovate in order to better serve the scientific research provide assurance.
