详细研究了三种重要植物激素:生长素吲哚-3-乙酸、吲哚3-丁酸、赤霉素GA_3、GA_4及激动素6-苄氨基嘌吟的毛细管电泳分离条件;10min内完成上述5组分分离;分离效率为5×10~5~2.6×10~6;5组分检出限为4.5~18mg/L;迁移时间与峰高定量精度分别低于1.2%和2.4%.方法已用于香蕉叶中激素的测定.
The conditions for the separation of three important plant hormones: indole-3-acetic acid, indole-3-butyric acid, gibberellin GA_3, GA_4 and kinetin 6-benzylaminopurine were studied in detail. The separation efficiency was 5 × 10 ~ 5 ~ 2.6 × 10 ~ 6, the detection limit of 5 components was 4.5 ~ 18mg / L, the migration time and peak height accuracy were lower than 1.2% and 2.4%, respectively. Has been used for the determination of hormones in banana leaves.
