TXA_2-PGI_2动态平衡失调在动脉血栓栓塞、冠心病、心肌梗塞及高血压等疾病的发病中具有重要意义,应用血小板抑制剂对病情的发生与发展取得一定效果;而高压氧对这些疾病的疗效早已被国内外学者所肯定。本文旨在探讨高压氧治疗心脑血管疾病的TXA_2-PGI_2动态变化。
