随着时代的快速发展,不断膨胀的文字资源,给图书馆管理造成了极大的负担。现阶段网络与数字化技术逐渐普及,图书馆管理也应该做出与时俱进的改变,通过对于图书馆数字化管理的概念及内容的了解,学会区分数字化与传统的图书馆管理,思考如何进一步实现数字化管理图书馆。本文通过对图书馆传统管理与数字化管理模式的分析,对两者做出了合理的调整,有利于促进图书馆管理事业的发展。
With the rapid development of the times, the expanding text resources have caused a great burden to the library management. At this stage, the network and digital technology are gradually popularized. Library management should also make changes with the times. By understanding the concept and content of digital management of libraries, we should learn how to distinguish between digitization and traditional library management and how to further realize Digital Management Library. Based on the analysis of the traditional management and digital management mode of the library, this paper makes a reasonable adjustment of the two and helps to promote the development of the library management.
