自20世纪六十年代起,为解决国家石油和天然气资源储量严重不足的问题,我国开始大力发展煤化工产业,以满足大量化及多样化的社会能源需求。而随着煤化工产业规模的不断扩大,煤化工产业安全事故也有所增多,这些事故多发生在检修过程中,主要原因是相关工作人员在检修过程中没有采取应有的安全措施。鉴于此,本文介绍了煤化工设备检修过程中加强安全保障措施的意义,然后针对设备检修提出了一系列具体的安全保障措施,以期对相关产业部门的工作有所帮助。
Since the 1960s, in order to solve the serious shortage of national oil and natural gas resources, China began to vigorously develop the coal chemical industry to meet the needs of large-scale and diversified social energy. With the continuous expansion of coal chemical industry, coal chemical industry safety accidents also increased, these accidents occurred in the overhaul process, mainly due to the relevant staff in the overhaul process did not take due safety measures. In view of this, this article introduces the significance of strengthening safety measures during the overhaul of coal chemical equipment, and then puts forward a series of specific safety measures for equipment overhaul in the hope of helping the relevant industry departments.
