唱歌有益于健康,这一点我有亲身体会。我在退休后不久就参加了老年合唱团,至今已唱了八九年的歌了。我今年已71岁,还能坚持教学与科研,这和经常唱歌很有关系。 为什么唱歌对身体有好处呢? 1.唱歌需要用气来支持,因此它的呼吸与平时不一样。胸肌、腹肌、横膈膜、肺部的运动比平时要强得多。这些部位的运动不仅能延缓本身的老化,而且还有利于整个呼吸系统和消化系统的健康。 2.唱歌的呼吸方法与平时也不一样。唱歌强调腹式呼吸或胸腹式呼吸,要求气沉丹田,吸气要鼓小腹,而这些动作能使气血通畅。经络通则百病消,因此,唱歌对预防疾病也有作用。 3.唱歌能使人心情愉快。那些老同志们每次都高高兴兴地来唱歌,练歌时忘却了一切烦恼,练会一首歌时更是兴高采烈。老年合唱团还经常有演出活动,有时还要参加比赛。这时老年同志们身着盛装,像过节一样,自己也觉得年轻了许多。因此唱歌能使老年人回到年轻时代去的说法是一点也不过分的。

The meridians and colorectal cancers are all extinct, so singing can also prevent diseases. 3. Singing can make people feel happy. Those old comrades happily sing every time, forgetting all the troubles while practicing the song, and even more ebullience when practicing a song. Elderly choirs also often have performances, and sometimes to participate in the competition. At this time, the elderly comrades dressed in costumes, like the holidays, feel a lot younger. It is not overemphasized that singing can bring older people back to their youthful age.
