在淮河蚌埠以下的安徽省五河县境内,历史上曾有浍河、潼河、沱河、漴河与淮河在五河县相会,形成五河汇流的壮丽景观。安徽省的五河县因有这五条河交汇于此而得名。 《宋史·地理篇》释五河县名:“有浍潼沱漴淮五河,故名。”浍潼沱漴几经变迁,形成今日之漴潼河水系。如今该水系包括浍河、沱河、石梁河、澥河、北沱河、唐河等七条支流,原都在五河附近入淮河干流。50年代初,举办五河内外水分流工程,通过峰山及下草湾切岭,直接排水入洪泽湖溧河洼。
In Wuhe County of Anhui Province below Bengbu in the Huaihe River, Tonghe, Tonghe, Tuohe, Huaihe and Huaihe River met in Wuhe County in history, forming a spectacular landscape of five rivers convergence. Nowadays, the water system includes seven tributaries such as Bahe River, Tuohe River, Shiliang River, Bahe River, Beituohe River and Tanghe River. The original rivers all flow into the mainstream of Huaihe River near Wuhe River. In the early 1950s, the project of water flow inside and outside the five rivers was held. It drained directly into the Lihe depression of Hongze Lake through the peak hills and the lower slope of Checao Bay.
