讲课使教师知道如何上课,说课使教师不断学习,听课使教师自我反思。诚然,反思在教师教育生涯中的作用是巨大的,伴随着不断地反思,教师的教学越来越成熟,越来越具有艺术性。笔者从教课和听课的过程中同时发现了一些问题,料想,这些问题对授课教师来说也是宝贵的资源。 The lectures taught the teacher how to attend classes, said that the classes taught the teachers to continue learning, and the lectures made the teachers self-reflective. It is true that the role of reflection in the career of teacher education is enormous. Along with constant reflection, teachers’ teaching has become more mature and more artistic.
