目的:了解医务人员药品不良反应的认知度,为进一步开展ADR报告和监测工作而制订干预措施。方法:对玉溪市人民医院临床、护理、药学在岗人员进行问卷调查,对问卷各项内容进行统计、分析。结果:医务人员对ADR基本概念、相关知识认知度基本正确,对ADR呈报态度总体端正,对ADR监测上报工作总体上形式较好,但还需进一步努力深化开展。结论:有必要加强ADR知识宣传培训,增强医务人员上报意识,并制定干预措施,提高ADR监测水平。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the awareness of adverse drug reaction among medical staff and to make interventions for further ADR reporting and monitoring. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among the clinical, nursing and pharmacy staffs in Yuxi People’s Hospital, and the statistics and analysis were made on the contents of the questionnaire. Results: The medical staff recognized the basic concepts and relevant knowledge of ADR in a basically correct way. The general attitude toward ADR reporting was generally correct and the overall reporting and reporting of ADR was better. However, further efforts were needed to deepen the work. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen the knowledge of ADR training, to enhance the awareness of medical staff to report and to develop interventions to improve the level of ADR monitoring.
