目的:了解门诊处方存在的问题,提高处方质量,促进合理用药,减少药品不良反应。方法:对医院2010年4月-2010年6月门诊处方按不规范、不合理处方进行归类统计和分析评价。结果:门诊处方存在方书写不规范、不合理用药问题。结论:临床医生、药师应加强对《处方管理办法》和药品说明书的学习,提高医生书写处方和合理用药的能力,提高药师审核处方的能力。
Objective: To understand the existing problems in outpatient prescriptions, improve the quality of prescriptions, promote the rational use of drugs, and reduce the adverse drug reactions. Methods: The hospital from April 2010 to June 2010 outpatient prescriptions by non-standard, unreasonable prescriptions classified statistics and analysis and evaluation. Results: Outpatient prescriptions were not standardized, unreasonable medication problems. Conclusion: Clinicians and pharmacists should strengthen the study on “prescription management measures” and drug instruction manuals, enhance the ability of doctors to write prescriptions and use drugs rationally, and enhance the pharmacist ’s ability to examine and approve prescriptions.
