目的了解南充市顺庆区居民健康素养状况及相关的影响因素,为政府和卫生行政部门制定提高居民健康素养的干预政策、策略和措施提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,抽取300例居民进行问卷调查。结果共收回有效问卷300份。调查对象的健康素养具备率为12%,基本健康知识与理念素养具备率为9.67%,健康生活方式与行为素养具备率为37.67%,基本技能素养具备率为33.67%;科学健康观素养42%,传染病防治素养31%,慢性病防治素养4.33%,安全与急救素养33%,基本医疗素养36%,健康信息素养10.67%;健康素养水平性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),影响健康素养水平的因素有年龄和文化程度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),健康素养水平随着年龄的增加而降低,随着文化程度的增加而升高。结论顺庆区居民健康素养具备率不高;广泛深入开展健康教育仍是当前工作的重点,特别要加强中老年人的健康教育工作;慢性病防治工作也有待加强。
Objective To understand the status of health literacy of residents in Shunqing District of Nanchong City and related influencing factors so as to provide a scientific basis for government and health administrative departments to formulate intervention policies, strategies and measures to improve residents’ health literacy. Methods A multistage stratified random sampling method was used to extract 300 residents to conduct a questionnaire survey. Results A total of 300 valid questionnaires were returned. The health literacy rate of the surveyed subjects was 12%, the basic health knowledge and ideality literacy rate was 9.67%, the healthy lifestyle and behavioral literacy rate was 37.67%, the basic skills literacy rate was 33.67%, and the scientific health outlook literacy rate was 42% 31% of infectious disease prevention and control, 4.33% of chronic disease prevention and control, 33% of safety and first aid, 36% of basic medical care, and 10.67% of health information literacy. There was no significant difference in the level of health literacy (P> 0.05) The factors of literacy level were age and educational level, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The level of health literacy decreased with the increase of age, and increased with the increase of educational level. Conclusions The health literacy of residents in Shunqing District is not high enough; it is still the focus of current work to carry out extensive and in-depth health education. In particular, it is necessary to strengthen the health education for the middle-aged and elderly people; and prevention and control of chronic diseases need to be strengthened.
