目的建立鸡血藤药材的RP-HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,评价23批鸡血藤药材的质量。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈(A)-0.1%醋酸水(B)为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长260nm,柱温为室温。结果测定了23批鸡血藤药材的HPLC图,建立了标准指纹图谱,有16个共有峰,分别由原儿茶酸、表儿茶素、大豆苷元、染料木素、毛蕊异黄酮、异甘草素等组成。结论鸡血藤化学成分的HPLC指纹图谱特征性及专属性强,方法重复性好,可为控制鸡血藤药材质量提供实验依据。
Objective To establish a RP-HPLC fingerprinting method for the determination of the quality of Jixueteng herbs. Methods Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase was acetonitrile (A) -0.1% acetic acid (B). The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min- Room temperature. Results The HPLC profiles of 23 batches of M. sphaerocephala were determined and a standard fingerprint was established. There were 16 common peaks, including protocatechuic acid, epicatechin, daidzein, genistein, calyciflorin, Su and other components. Conclusion The HPLC fingerprints of J. splendens are characterized by high specificity and specificity, and the method is reproducible. It can provide experimental evidence for controlling the quality of Millettia species.
