智能电管家服务是国网湖北省电力公司打造智能营销服务体系的初步尝试。“十三五”期间,公司将推动营销理念向服务型转变、营销渠道向移动型转变、营销体系向一体化转变、营销模式向精准化转变,面向营销管理和用电客户开发12个手机APP客户端,实现与政府网格平台、“掌上电力”手机APP、作业终端APP的对接,建立OTO服务模式,实现服务需求线上受理、线下处理,不断提升客户服务体验。
