Editorial Department: Sichuan and Shaanxi Revolutionary Old Areas Due to historical reasons, infrastructure construction has restricted the development of local economy and society. At present, the Guangba Railway, which was built in the 1960s, still lays the major capacity. Its design and actual capacity are far behind the urgent needs of the economic and social development in the revolutionary old areas of Sichuan and Shaanxi.
