以振型分解反应谱抗震计算方法和结构振动理论为基础，探讨多层砌体房屋顶层空旷少墙时地震作用的某些规律，讨论这种房屋用底部剪力法进行抗震计算的适用性问题，给出这种房屋各楼层地震剪力上限值的实用计算方法。
Based on the seismic calculation method of vibration mode decomposition response spectrum and the theory of structural vibration, some laws of earthquake action when the top floor of a multi-story masonry building is open and there are few walls are discussed. The applicability of this kind of housing to bottom-shear method for seismic calculation is discussed. A practical calculation method for the upper limit value of seismic shear on each floor of this house is given.
