[目的]观察血必净联合低分子右旋糖酐治疗高脂血症胰腺炎疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,13例住院及门诊患者禁食水,胃肠减压,补液,预防感染,营养支持,胰酶抑制剂等对症治疗。血必净50m L+0.9%氯化钠注射液100m L,2次/d静滴。低分子右旋糖酐500m L,1次/d,静滴。连续治疗3d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床痊愈9例,显效3例,有效1例,总有效率100%。平均住院天数6~7d。[结论]血必净联合低分子右旋糖酐治疗高脂血症胰腺炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Xuebijing combined with low molecular dextran on hyperlipidemia pancreatitis. [Methods] Using prospective design method, 13 inpatients and outpatients were given symptomatic treatment of fasting water, gastrointestinal decompression, fluid replacement, infection prevention, nutrition support and trypsin inhibitors. Blood will net 50m L + 0.9% sodium chloride injection 100m L, 2 times / d intravenous infusion. Low molecular weight dextran 500m L, 1 times / d, intravenous infusion. Continuous treatment of 3d for a course of treatment. Observed clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 2 courses to determine the efficacy. [Results] Nine cases were clinically cured, three cases markedly effective and one effective. The total effective rate was 100%. The average length of stay 6 ~ 7d. [Conclusion] Xuebijing combined with low molecular weight dextran in the treatment of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, which deserves promotion.
