枪钻轴向振动钻削深孔的过程中,钻削力的变化情况复杂,且对深孔的加工质量、刀具的磨损度都有影响,尤其是轴向力和扭矩。为了获得枪钻轴向振动钻孔的轴向力和扭矩受振动参数的影响规律,运用正交试验,结合有限元模拟软件Deform-3D,对枪钻钻头轴向振动钻孔过程进行正交仿真试验,并用多元线性回归法对试验数据进行分析,建立起轴向力和扭矩的回归经验公式。
Gun Drilling Axial Vibration In the process of drilling deep holes, the variation of drilling force is complex and affects the machining quality of deep holes and the wear of the tool, especially the axial force and torque. In order to obtain the rule of axial force and torque of axial vibration of gunshot hole under the influence of vibration parameters, orthogonal experiment was carried out by orthogonal experiment and the finite element simulation software Deform-3D was used to simulate the axial vibration drilling process of gun drill bit Test, and use multivariate linear regression analysis of experimental data to establish the axial force and torque regression empirical formula.
