在小型热态流化床燃烧实验台上,研究了循环倍率、床料高度、二次风率对油页岩流化床燃烧过程中SO2、NO、NO2、NOx等污染物排放特性的影响。结果表明,在循环倍率为6、床料高度为炉膛高度的5%时各种污染物排放量相对最低,流化床在此工况下运行最合理;随循环倍率的增加,SO2浓度急剧下降,而随床料高度的增加,各排放气体浓度均有上升,但是上升的幅度不明显;随二次风率的增加,NO、NO2、NOx排放量均下降,但SO2排放量有所增加,二次风率应以40%~50%为宜。
Effects of circulation rate, bed height and secondary air rate on the emission characteristics of SO2, NO, NO2, NOx and other pollutants in the fluidized bed combustion process of oil shale were studied on a small hot fluidized bed combustion bench. The results show that when the cycle rate is 6 and the bed height is 5% of the height of the hearth, the discharge of various pollutants is the lowest, and the fluidized bed is the most suitable for operating in this condition. With the increase of circulation rate, the concentration of SO2 drops sharply , But with the increase of bed height, the concentration of each exhaust gas increased, but the increase rate was not obvious. With the increase of secondary air rate, the NO, NO2 and NOx emissions decreased but the SO2 emissions increased, Secondary air rate should be 40% ~ 50% is appropriate.
