乳腺癌改良根治术与传统的乳腺癌根治术疗效无显著差异,在我国普遍应用于乳腺癌的治疗,乳腺癌转移是乳腺癌改良根治术后治疗失败的主要原因,但对锁骨上以及内乳淋巴结清扫是乳腺癌改良根治术的盲区。本文观察乳腺癌改良根治术联合125I粒子植入治疗乳腺癌的疗效。
Modified radical mastectomy and traditional radical mastectomy have no significant difference in curative effect, which is widely used in the treatment of breast cancer in our country. Breast cancer metastasis is the main reason of failed treatment after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer. However, Lymphadenectomy is a modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer. This article observed the modified radical mastectomy combined 125I particle implantation in the treatment of breast cancer.
