当归水煎液对多种致炎剂引起的急、慢性炎症均育显著的抑制作用,摘除双侧肾上腺后其抗炎怍用仍然存在;并能降低大鼠炎症组织PGE_2的释放量,降低豚鼠补体旁路溶血活性,但不能拮抗组织胺的致炎作用。
Angelica sinensis decoction has significant inhibitory effects on acute and chronic inflammation caused by various inflammatory agents. After removal of bilateral adrenal glands, anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory use still exists. It can also reduce the release of PGE2 from inflammatory tissue in rats and reduce guinea pigs. Complement complements hemolytic activity but does not antagonize the inflammatory effects of histamine.
