美国科学促进会2012年11月30日公布2012年会士(AAAS Fellow)名单,701名新会士中包括65名华裔,他们将于2013年2月16日在波士顿举行的年会中获得证书及象征杰出成就的蓝金玫瑰奖章。中国有3名学者分别在生命科学、食品、农业与再生资源以及计算机等领域入选。他们是中国科学院生物物理研究所许瑞明、浙江大学刘维屏和香港科技大学杨强。
American Association for the Advancement of Science Announces List of 2012 AAAS Fellow, 30 November 2012, out of 701 Newcomers, including 65 Chinese Descendants who will receive a Diploma at the Annual Meeting in Boston on February 16, 2013 Blue Gold Rose medallion symbolizing outstanding achievements. Three Chinese scholars were selected in the fields of life sciences, food, agriculture and renewable resources, and computers respectively. They are Xu Ruiming, Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Liu Wei Ping, Zhejiang University and Yang Qiang, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
