将等效降与热经济学方法相结合,在等效降品质系数θe的基础上建立了等效降品质系数矩阵方程,由此得出反映热力系统各处能级高低的等效降品质系数θe,以便进行机组节能改造方案经济性比较。同时,对热力系统进行划分,并对热经济学补充方程进行改进,建立了补充矩阵方程。将该方法应用于某315MW机组的热经济学分析,与现有成本分析法比较表明,所提方法正确,成本计算简便,可为电厂热力系统热经济性分析提供参考。
Based on the equivalence reduction of quality coefficient θe, the equivalence reduction and thermal economics method are combined to establish the equivalence reduction of the quality coefficient matrix equation, and then the equivalent equation lower quality factor θe, in order to compare the economic efficiency of energy-saving retrofit units. At the same time, the thermodynamic system is divided, and the thermoeconomic supplementary equation is improved, and the supplementary matrix equation is established. The method is applied to the thermal economics analysis of a 315 MW unit. Comparing with the existing cost analysis method, the method is correct and the calculation of the cost is simple. It can provide a reference for the thermal economy analysis of thermal power plant.
