企业眼下招标,不少部门在组织考评委员会时,总喜欢多请“长”字号的人物参加,似乎不如此不足以示权威。“长”字号的人物之中,不乏具有企业管理才能之士,考评委员会中,吸收些“长”字号的人是必要的。但不宜过多。因为一个招标企业,内部经营情况复杂,带“长”的考评委员倘若对此不甚了解,更兼没有相应的企业管理知识,又焉能对投标人治理企业的方案作出客观公正的评断?甄选好中标人,直接关系着企业今后的命运。某些“长”们如果真能多想想评委的责任,恐怕是不愿轻易坐上评委席的。倒不如
