利用(亞硫酸鹽)紙漿廢液做泥芯粘結剂

这項工作是在苏联专家М.В.Чунаев,指导下进行的,主要的目的是:在我国铸造工业中利用纸漿廢液做泥芯粘結剂。整个工作共分三大主要阶段: 1.粘土加入量对紙漿廢液泥心强度的影响。 2.在暖气片工业中应用紙漿廢液的試驗。 3.在紡織机制造厂应用紙漿廢液的試驗。整个工作除做了物理性的試驗外,并曾結合生产試行澆鑄,以致正式应用。在暖气片工业中的試驗,曾对泥芯出砂問題作了詳細的試驗和比較。在紡織机制造业中曾对泥芯的吸潮問題进行了詳細的試驗和比較。这項專題前部分工作是作者在哈尔濱工业大学借聘期間,和第一工业部东北工业綜合試驗所合作进行的,在各工厂所做試驗,是校、所、厂三方面合作进行的,并曾得到东北工业綜合試驗所謝明师同志的指导。本文中在紡織机制造厂所做結果,已部分在铸工杂誌1956年第3期上发表。这項工作参加者: 东北工业綜合試驗所:謝文方、魏春发、陈德森、朱学勤。沈阳紡織机械厂:夏怀仁、赵玉琦。沈阳水暖器材厂:张芳欽、蔣学全。一、前言二、泥芯的分类及对泥芯粘结剂的要求三、什么是亚硫酸鹽纸浆廢液四、把纸漿廢液蒸发成固体狀态的实驗,以及溶解固体纸漿廢液所用的設备五、粘土加入量对纸漿砂泥芯强度的影响六、在暖气片业中用纸漿廢液作为泥芯粘结剂的试验七、在紡织机制造厂用纸漿廢液代替部分豆油作粘结剂的试验八、整个試驗的几点结论九、参考文献 This work was carried out under the guidance of the Soviet expert М.В. Чунаев. The main purpose was to use pulp waste liquid as the core binder in our foundry industry. The whole work is divided into three major stages: 1. The effect of the amount of clay added on the pulp core strength of pulp slurry. 2. Tests for the application of pulp waste in the radiator industry. 3. Tests for the application of pulp waste liquor in textile mills. In addition to physical tests, the entire work has been combined with production trial casting, so that the formal application. In the tests in the radiator industry, detailed tests and comparisons have been made on the issue of sand core production. In the textile machinery manufacturing industry, detailed tests and comparisons have been conducted on the problem of moisture absorption in mud cores. The former part of this topic was carried out by the author during the period of employment at Harbin Institute of Technology, and was conducted in cooperation with the Northeast Industrial Comprehensive Testing Institute of the First Ministry of Industry. The experiments performed in each factory were conducted in cooperation with the school, the institute, and the factory. He had received guidance from Comrade Xie Mingshi of the Northeast Institute of Industrial Complex. The results of this article in the textile machine manufacturing plant have been partially published in the 3rd issue of Casting Magazine in 1956.
