本文列出了由不同厚度的、异种金属材料制成的零件的激光焊接的试验结果。根据本试验的结果可确定,均匀加热焊接焊口是通过焊接接头的合理设计,同时在薄壁零件上采用工艺卷边(卷边的高度为零件本身厚度的3~4倍)来保证的。采用脉冲激光焊接对不同厚度的异种材料零件进行了焊接试验。所进行的试验已经证实,只需在保持必要的卷边尺寸的情况下,就能发生相互熔合,而在焊缝中不会出现未熔合和烧穿等不良情况。 This article lists the results of laser welding of parts made of dissimilar metallic materials of different thicknesses. According to the results of this test, it can be confirmed that the uniform heating of the welding joint is ensured by the rational design of the welded joint and the use of the technological crimp on the thin-walled part (the hemming height is 3 to 4 times of the thickness of the part itself). Pulsed laser welding was used to test the dissimilar materials with different thicknesses. The tests carried out have confirmed that the mutual fusion can occur only with the necessary crimp dimensions without the occurrence of defects such as fusing and burn-through in the weld.
