飞机前轮转弯系统是起落架系统的重要组成部分,在对前轮转弯系统进行分析研究的基础上,应用液压仿真软件DSHplus,对前轮转弯液压系统建模仿真。仿真结果与地面试验结果基本一致,验证了模型的准确性。并提出应用频谱分析的方法,对转弯液压系统进行频率响应分析。该方法在设计初期能够增强系统的稳定性,减少研发开支,提高核心竞争力。
The front wheel turning system of the aircraft is an important part of the landing gear system. Based on the analysis of the front wheel turning system, the hydraulic simulation software DSHplus is used to simulate the turning hydraulic system of the front wheels. The simulation results are basically consistent with the ground test results, which verify the accuracy of the model. The application of spectrum analysis method is proposed to analyze the frequency response of turning hydraulic system. This method can enhance the stability of the system early in the design process, reduce R & D expenditures and improve core competitiveness.
