近年来,笔者运用已故老中医岑观海的经验治疗瘰疬,疗效满意。现选一医案介绍如下。孙××,女,42岁,合浦县福成公社社员。一年前左侧颈部生一肿物,开始如花生仁大小,后逐渐增大如杏李。经西医诊断为“颈淋巴结核”。检查:局部表面皮色不变,肿物质坚硬,推之可动,有压痛。脉沉细,舌质正常,苔薄白。诊为瘰疬,系肝气郁结,痰湿凝聚所致。治宜舒肝解郁,软坚内消。药用:海藻9克,浙贝母9克,昆布9克,玄参15钱,僵蚕6克,煅牡蛎15克,
