为提高企业员工安全意识、促进员工的安全行为,向鞍山某企业员工发放调查问卷,采用数据统计分析软件包SPSS 16.0分析和校验所收集数据,运用结构方程模型(SEM)和验证性因子分析方法研究该企业员工安全意识的影响因素,揭示各因子的影响作用和员工的安全意识现状。结果发现该企业员工安全意识的总体得分指数为77.8,表明其安全意识水平总体状况相对不错。此外,企业安全生产环境和安全文化氛围建设有待加强,以提升企业安全管理水平,实现员工“要我安全”到“我要安全”模式的根本转变。 In order to improve employees ’safety awareness and promote employees’ safety behaviors, questionnaires were distributed to employees of Anshan enterprises. The collected data were analyzed and verified by using SPSS 16.0 software package. Using SEM and confirmatory factor analysis Methods To study the influencing factors of employees ’safety awareness and to reveal the influence of each factor and the current situation of employees’ safety awareness. The results showed that the employee safety awareness of the overall score index was 77.8, indicating that the overall level of safety awareness is relatively good. In addition, the construction of safety production environment and safety culture atmosphere needs to be strengthened so as to enhance the safety management level of the enterprise and realize the fundamental shift of the employee “want me to be safe ” to “I want to be safe ” mode.
