以某长输管线工程项目为背景,介绍了利用项目进度管理的相关知识对其整个工作流程进行进度管理,分析了S曲线在实际项目中的运用。对于每个时期的施工速度来说,如果大于标准速度,将会提前竣工,反之则会延期。通过分析可得到建设工程的容许控制曲线的上下限,对于本项目来说,容许控制曲线的上限为25%,容许控制曲线的下限为75%。
Taking a long-distance pipeline project as the background, this paper introduces the progress management of the entire workflow by using the related knowledge of project schedule management, and analyzes the application of S curve in the actual project. For each period of construction speed, if greater than the standard speed, will be completed ahead of schedule, otherwise it will be postponed. Through the analysis, the upper and lower limits of the allowable control curve of the construction project can be obtained. For this project, the upper limit of the allowable control curve is 25% and the lower limit of the allowable control curve is 75%.
