本文试从融资租赁相关理论出发,比较分析中美两国融资租赁行业在发展及现状、监管模式、法律环境及政策支持等方面的差异,剖析中国融资租赁业发展过程中存在的各种层面上的障碍,在此基础上为我国融资租赁业的未来发展提出对策和建议,并对当今中国融资租赁业的热点问题进行探讨。
Based on the theory of financial leasing, this paper attempts to compare and analyze the differences between the financial leasing industry in China and the United States in terms of development and status quo, regulatory mode, legal environment and policy support, and analyze the various levels of existence in the development of China’s financial leasing industry On the basis of this, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of China’s financial leasing industry, and discusses the hot issues in the current financial leasing industry in China.
