核心竞争力是指在生产经营过程中所形成的不易被竞争对手仿效而且能带来超额利润的独特能力。在现代市场经济条件下,核心竞争力是一个企业可持续发展的不竭动力,也是一个企业能够基业长青的关键所在。本文以安徽省为例,在研究其制造企业核心竞争力现状及相关问题的基础上,得出结论:提升企业核心竞争力是一个系统工程,政府和企业都应作出努力。
The core competitiveness refers to the unique ability formed in the process of production and management that is not easily followed by competitors and can bring excessive profits. Under the conditions of a modern market economy, the core competitiveness is an inexhaustible motive force for the sustainable development of an enterprise. It is also the key point for an enterprise to grow through its foundation. Taking Anhui Province as an example, on the basis of studying the status quo of its manufacturing enterprises’ core competence and related problems, this paper concludes that enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises is a systematic project, and both the government and enterprises should make their efforts.
