目的观察糖足方对糖尿病足筋疽潜证微炎症状态的影响。方法将66例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组33例;两组均予相同的基础治疗措施,治疗组同时加服糖足方冲剂,对照组予安慰剂。两组疗程均为1个月,观察肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)以及空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C)的变化情况。结果 1治疗前后组内比较,治疗组2 h PG指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组各指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);组间治疗后比较,治疗组2 h PG水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。2治疗前后组内比较,治疗组TNF-α、Hs-CRP、IL-6差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组各指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);组间治疗后比较,治疗组TNF-α、Hs-CRP、IL-6水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足筋疽潜证存在微炎症改变,糖足方对潜证微炎症有一定的改善作用,可降低TNF-α、Hs-CRP、IL-6等微炎症指标,为糖尿病足的未病先防,以及溃疡愈合后的巩固治疗、防止复发提供了较好的临床治疗方案。
Objective To observe the effect of Tangzifang on the microinflammatory state of diabetic foot embolism. Methods Sixty-six patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 33 cases in each group. The same basic treatment was given in both groups. The treatment group was given Tangshenfang granules simultaneously and the control group was given placebo. The course of treatment was 1 month. The levels of TNF-α, Hs-CRP, IL-6, IL- And fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2h PG) and HbA1c change. Results 1 Before and after treatment, PG in treatment group 2 h had significant difference (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, the treatment group 2 h PG level was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). There were significant differences in the levels of TNF-α, Hs-CRP and IL-6 between the two groups before and after treatment (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, Hs-CRP and IL-6 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions There is a slight inflammatory change in diabetic foot gluteal potential syndrome. Sugar prescription can improve the micro-inflammation of sub-evidence and reduce the micro-inflammation indexes such as TNF-α, Hs-CRP and IL-6, First defense, as well as the consolidation of ulcer healing, to prevent recurrence provides a better clinical treatment options.
