近年来,我国劳动生产率增速明显放缓,进入经济“新常态”。在这个大背景下,从2007年开始,江苏省劳动生产率增速也呈现出放缓趋势。将劳动力市场扭曲因素引入三部门经济中,分析劳动生产率增速放缓的原因。结果表明:2007—2014年间,第一、三产业劳动生产率增速降低是导致江苏省总劳动生产率增速放缓的两个主要因素,其中后者的影响更大,而劳动力市场扭曲的减弱、第二产业保持较高的就业份额对总劳动生产率增速放缓起到了一定遏制作用。由此可知,现阶段,劳动生产率增速放缓在很大程度上是由结构变迁导致的。所以在政策调控上,政府应继续消除劳动力市场扭曲和降低服务业进入壁垒以提高其劳动生产率,为经济发展提质增效提供动力支持。
In recent years, the growth rate of China’s labor productivity has obviously slowed down and entered the economic “new normal.” In this context, since 2007, the growth rate of labor productivity in Jiangsu Province has also shown a slowdown. The labor market distortions into the three sectors of the economy, analysis of the reasons for the slowdown in productivity growth. The results show that during the period of 2007-2014, the decrease of labor productivity growth in the primary and tertiary industries is the two major factors leading to the slowdown of the growth rate of total labor productivity in Jiangsu Province. The latter is more influential, while the distortion of the labor market is weakened, The secondary industry to maintain a high share of employment on the total labor productivity growth slowed played a deterrent effect. From this we can see that at this stage, the slowdown in the growth of labor productivity is largely caused by structural changes. Therefore, on policy regulation and control, the government should continue to eliminate the distortions in the labor market and reduce barriers to entry into the service sector in order to increase labor productivity and provide impetus for the improvement of economic performance.
