近年来中国海洋石油不断加大深水油气田开发建设力度,深水桩基式固定大型平台需要万吨级以上大型导管架作为油气田开发的基础设施,传统大型导管架建造采用先结构主体后附件安装分开建造的方式,主体结构建造后期高空安装附件,增加成本和安全风险。本文以1.3万吨惠州25-8导管架建造为背景,介绍一体化建造大型卧式导管架的方法,提高建造效率,降低安全风险。
In recent years, CNOOC has continuously stepped up the development and construction of deep-water oil and gas fields. Large-scale deep-water piles-based fixed platforms require large-scale jacket of over 10,000 tons as infrastructure for oil and gas field development. The traditional large- Approach, the main structure of the late construction of high altitude installation of accessories, increasing costs and security risks. In this paper, based on the construction of Huizhou 25-8 jacket, which is 13000 tons, the method of integrated construction of large horizontal jacket is introduced to improve the construction efficiency and reduce the safety risk.
