一、我国反垄断法的立法现状我国迄今尚未制定反垄断法典。但是,在法律、行政法规、地方性法规中均有关于反垄断的规定。最早的反垄断法规是国务院于1980年发布的《关于开展和保护社会主义竞争的暂行规定》。此后,国务院和各级地方政府又以不同的形式颁布了一系列反垄断法规。根据反垄断法的基本内容,经济垄断的种类和形式可归纳为如下几个方面:
First, the status quo of China’s anti-monopoly legislation China has so far not yet enacted anti-monopoly law.
