比较海马两提取物中氨基酸和微量元素含量。方法用高效液相色谱法和火焰原子吸收法，分别对海马水提取物（ＷＥＨ）和乙醇提取物（ＥＥＨ）中所含氨基酸和微量元素进行测定。结果ＷＥＨ中含有Ｌｙｓ，Ｐｈｅ，Ａｒｇ等１７种氨基酸和Ｆｅ，Ｍｎ，Ｚｎ，Ｃｕ等１０种微量元素在ＥＥＨ中含有１０种氨基酸和８种微量元素。结论两提取物中氨基酸和徽量元素含量有差异
Compare the contents of amino acids and trace elements in the extracts of hippocampus. Methods The contents of amino acids and trace elements in the hippocampus water extract (WEH) and ethanol extract (EEH) were determined by high performance liquid chromatography and flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results WEH contained 17 kinds of amino acids such as Lys, Phe, Arg, and 10 trace elements such as Fe, Mn, Zn, and Cu contained 10 kinds of amino acids and 8 trace elements in EHE. Conclusion There are differences in the content of amino acid and the element of the emblem in the two extracts
