前言随着我国机械工业的发展,大型水压机和重型锻锤与日俱增。相应地加热设备也趋向大型化,消耗大量能源。通过对炉子的技术改造,例如研制先进的燃烧器,利用耐火纤维减少热损失及废热回收等,能起到良好的节能效果。但与此同时,更应加强技术管理工作,其中心环节应抓住单耗这个重点。合理的单耗能综合地反映出炉子的技术性能和科学管理水平,是检修和改造改造炉子的有力依据。本文通过实测数据分析了浪费燃料的原因,并介绍了单耗
Preface With the development of China’s machinery industry, large-scale hydraulic press and heavy forging hammer increasing. Correspondingly, the heating equipment also tends to be large-scale, consuming a large amount of energy. Through the furnace of technological innovation, such as the development of advanced burner, the use of refractory fiber to reduce heat loss and waste heat recovery, can play a good energy-saving effect. But at the same time, we should strengthen the management of technology, the central link should seize the key point of consumption. Reasonable single energy consumption comprehensively reflects the technical performance of the furnace and scientific management level, is a strong basis for maintenance and transformation of the furnace. In this paper, the reason of waste of fuel is analyzed through the measured data and the unit consumption is introduced
