目的建立复方呋乙阴道栓中呋喃西林含量的测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,在375nm处直接测定呋喃西林的含量。结果呋喃西林在1.09~11.99mg·L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为100.37%,RSD为2.07%。结论该法定量准确,快速,简便,样品中的其他成分对测定没有干扰,可作为该制剂的含量测定及质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of nitrofurantin in Fufang vaginal suppository. Methods UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of nitrofurazone directly at 375nm. Results Nitrofurazone showed good linearity in the range of 1.09-11.99 mg · L-1, r = 0.9998, with an average recovery of 100.37% and a RSD of 2.07%. Conclusion The method is accurate, rapid and simple, and the other components in the sample do not interfere with the determination. Therefore, the method can be used as a method for determination of the content and quality control of the preparation.
