音乐作为一种非常普遍的文化活动,对于人体健康具有许多作用。它不仅有助于学习语言、改善记忆、保持注意力集中,还能够提高身体的协调性和运动性能以及治疗不少疾病。当然,那些声音太大或者刺耳不和谐的音乐是令人厌烦的。另外,当我们正集中注意力安静工作时,不合时宜出现的音乐也会使人分心。但在大多数情况下,接触各种各样的音乐是有益的。 Music as a very common cultural activity has many effects on human health. It not only helps to learn the language, improve memory, focus, but also improve the body’s coordination and athletic performance as well as the treatment of many diseases. Of course, those voices that are too loud or jarring are annoying. In addition, distracted music can be distracting when we are concentrating on quiet work. But in most cases, it’s good to have access to a wide variety of music.
