随着电子信息化的发展,图书馆也开始向着电子化、网络化以及数字化的方向发展,这都直接成为如今图书馆建设事业发展的主要方向。其中图书馆事业的整体发展水平和图书馆方面的管理水平有着密切的关系,而且在如今全新的发展时期当中,图书馆方面的管理工作也开始变得越来越复杂,涌现出很多非常规、非程序以及非模式化的全新问题,这些问题的出现运用一些简单的管理原理及方法通常都很难真正解决,因此结合管理艺术来加以补充。本文主要针对新时期图书馆管理艺术进行研究,并为此做出简要论述以供参考。 With the development of electronic information, libraries have also begun to develop in the direction of electronic, network and digital.
