目的:用HPLC法对小儿治喘灵口服液中甘草苷进行了含量测定研究。方法:采用色谱柱:Nova-PakC18柱(4.6mm×150mm,4um,美国Waters公司);流动相:乙腈-2.5%冰醋酸溶液(13:87);波长276nm;流速1.0mL/min。结果:甘草苷的线性范围为0.0313ug～0.5008ug(r=0.9999)。平均回收率为98.84%,RSD为0.65%。结论:此法简便、快速、准确,为制定制剂的质量标准提供了参考。
Objective: To determine the content of glycyrrhizin in Xiaoji Zhichuanling oral liquid by HPLC. Method: Column: Nova-Pak C18 column (4.6mm x 150mm, 4um, Waters, USA); mobile phase: acetonitrile-2.5% glacial acetic acid solution (13:87); wavelength 276nm; flow rate 1.0mL/min. Results: The linear range of glycyrrhizin was 0.0313ug-0.5008ug (r=0.9999). The average recovery rate was 98.84% and the RSD was 0.65%. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate, and provides a reference for formulating quality standards for preparations.
